Digital Growth Grant Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 1st, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the eligibility, participation, and acceptance of the DIGITAL GROWTH GRANT ("Grant"), presented by
THE AP EXPERIENCE ( "we," "us"). By submitting an application for the DIGITAL GROWTH GRANT, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.Eligibility Requirements

1.1. Only one application per business owner is allowed per grant selection period. Duplicate entries will not increase chances of being selected. We will remove any duplicates to ensure equality amongst all grant applicants.

1.2. To be eligible, applicants must complete the entire application form. Incomplete submissions will not be entered for consideration.

1.3. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to operate a business within their jurisdiction.

2.Grant Details

2.1. The Grant amount is $1,000, awarded in two separate payments.

2.2. The Grant will be delivered to the winner within 30 days of selection. Payments will be made via the method specified by the winner (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

3.Winner Selection and Requirements

3.1. The winner will be selected based on criteria determined by
THE AP EXPERIENCE. All decisions are final.

3.2. The winner must provide a testimonial video about their experience and how the Grant has impacted their business.

3.3. By accepting the Grant, the winner grants THE AP EXPERIENCE permission to use their testimonial video for promotional purposes on the

THE AP EXPERIENCE website

and

THE AP EXPERIENCE social media platforms.

4.Publicity and Marketing

4.1. The winner agrees to allow The

THE AP EXPERIENCE to use their name, likeness, business name, and testimonial in promotional materials related to the Grant.

4.2. The testimonial may be edited or modified to suit marketing needs, but the content will remain true to the winner’s message.

5.General Terms

5.1. THE AP EXPERIENCE reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Grant at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, misconduct, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.2. By applying, applicants confirm that all information submitted is accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation may result in disqualification.

5.3. The Grant is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

5.4. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of
Florida and subject to binding arbitration in Florida.

6.Liability

6.1. THE AP EXPERIENCE shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or liability resulting from the application process, acceptance, or use of the Grant.

6.2. Applicants agree to indemnify and hold harmless THE AP EXPERIENCE, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims arising out of their participation in the Grant.

7.Agreement

By applying for the DIGITAL GROWTH GRANT, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
